1. Please supply the vacant 3 bed properties available to the council for rehousing people, the reasons why they are vacant and the addresses of them please?
There is currently one three bedroom property in the Finchampstead area due to be available for re-housing. It became vacant due to the outgoing tenant being offered a property elsewhere.

2. Please also supply the available, vacant, self contained, 2&3 bed emergency accommodation (not flats that share common spaces such as stairwells), the number of rooms and its reasons for not being occupied? Also the addresses or areas these are placed in.
We currently do not have any accommodation units that meet that criteria vacant.
