1. In accordance with the National Procurement Policy (June 2021) Section 13 could you please outline when the council will publish procurement activity for its Education Management system currently provided by Capita One.
The contract with the current provider is due to expire in March 2024 and the Council is currently reviewing all available options. The procurement strategy has not yet been finalised.
