I would like to make a request under the Freedom of Information act for the following information:

1. Motor Vehicles registered for public hire i.e. Taxi/Private Hire/Hackney Carriage that were either issued a new or renewal licence in the period 1st July 2022 to 31st October 2022. Specifically, I would like to know:
• Vehicle registration number
• Manufacturer (Make)
• Model
• Licence issue date
• Licence expiry date
