I am currently running a survey about printing within public sector to get an understanding of the attitudes towards print, the types of technology used, and also any trends in ownership of print. I am making the following Freedom of Information Request to gather the relevant data.
1. How many employees do you have?
Wokingham Borough Council currently has 1435 employees.
Includes staff on the following contracts: Permanent, Fixed Term, Apprentice, Apprentices on Permanent contracts, Staff seconded into a role
Excludes: Casual Workers, Agency Workers, Traded/Partner Workers, Consultants & Suppliers, Students,
Volunteers, Staff seconded out of a role
2. How many printers (A4, A3 single function or multi-function) do you have?
Under Digital Solutions owned contract:
3 x A4 MFDs
44 x A3 MFDs
3. How many print servers do you have?
2 print servers
4. Do you use any print management software (Equitrac, SafeQ, PaperCut, PrinterLogic etc)?

5. Who supplies your printers, software and servers? If so, which do you use?
Konica Minolta (for Digital Solutions held contract)
6. What is the job title of the person responsible for printers within your organization?
Commercialisation Manager
