1. In accordance with the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I therefore request copies of the minutes of any full Council, or Public Health sub-committee, meetings where (i) cancellation of the circuits programme and/or (ii) re-deployment of the funds freed up thereby, were discussed.
This has not been discussed at Full Council or public health sub committee, the decision was discussed in the officer business of public health not the executive work programme.
