3. Between (and including) 2010 and 2020, in respect of each public tender run by Wokingham Council, what bids did Wokingham Council receive from suppliers applying to provide the council’s Prepaid card services? By ‘suppliers’, I am referring to any third party offering to provide Wokingham Council with pre-payment cards and run or manage the operation of Prepaid card services in return for a fee.
As the Council doesn’t have the obligation to store this type of data for a period of 10 years, it has either been archived or deleted/destroyed. The current supplier has been providing the service since 2016. Four suppliers submitted bids as part of the procurement procedure completed in 2016.

4. For each bid, please provide the name of the provider, details of the month and year the bid was made, any and all proposed fees, and whether the bid was successful (i.e., whether the council accepted the bid and partnered with the third-party service provider).
PFS, Aquarium, AllPay and APS, 18.08.16 – 06.09.16, award from 1st October 16. Awarded to PFS.
