By ‘suppliers’, I am referring to any third party offering to provide Wokingham Council with pre-payment cards and run or manage the operation of Prepaid card services in return for a fee.
As the Council doesn’t have the obligation to store this type of data for a period of 10 years, it has either been archived or deleted/destroyed. The current supplier has been providing the service since 2016. Four suppliers submitted bids as part of the procurement procedure completed in 2016.
