I am making a request under the Environmental Information Regulations 2004.

1. Please provide any notes, minutes, agendas, attendance records, briefing notes, or written summaries held by the Council relating to pre-application meetings or discussions between council officers and the landowner/developer Bewley Homes concerning Section 106 obligations, mitigation measures, or infrastructure provision for the Church Farm site, held between October 1st 2025 and present.
I am content for commercially sensitive or legally privileged material to be redacted, but request disclosure of:
• confirmation that such meetings have taken place
• dates and attendees
• matters discussed at a high level
• whether draft or outline S106 heads of terms are being prepared
The land at Church Lane has been promoted into the local plan process by Bewley Homes. The land has not been selected by WBC as a proposed allocation, with other sites preferred. There have been no pre-app meetings or discussions.
