In 2022 1 member of staff was found to be undertaking employment outside of WBC.

2. Since January 2020 to the present date, how many council employees were dismissed or disciplined because they were found to be working one or more additional full-time jobs while still employed full-time by your authority?
Outcome of the disciplinary hearing would have resulted in the employee dismissal however the employee had chosen to resign from WBC employment prior to the decision.
