I have seen a plot of land in Wargrave which I'm interested in understanding more about with regard to planning. Under freedom of information legislation I think I'm allowed to request information on prior planning applications or pre-planning queries.

1. Please can you advise if there has been a pre-application advice request for a plot of land on Willow Lane in Wargrave (RG10)? And the outcome of any such application?

A request for pre-application planning advice was received in relation to the parcel of land identified, and responded to on the 5th September 2019. The proposal was for a house and the advice was that it is unlikely to be acceptable. No application was received, and Pre-application advice remains confidential until an application is submitted, so we are not able to disclose a copy of the body of the advice.
