1. Please provide details of how the council determines its charges or fees for Planning Performance Agreements.
PPA's are generally bespoke to schemes and the cost will depend on the complexity of the scheme. The Council undertake an exercise to determine the level of resource and financial support that will be required to determine the applications and service the PPAs. The figures are based on a breakdown of estimated officer time and associated costs over the outlined assessment period. This could include bringing in additional resource to the teams for a temporary period.
2. Please state the total income received by the council from Planning Performance Agreements in each of the last three financial years.
