1. How many pre-application enquiries have been received concerning major residential development within the last five years? Between the 12th of January 2021 and the 12th of January 2026.
Information not held but attached is a spreadsheet with all pre-application enquiries listed for the period requested – the requestor is free to search and identify applications of interest.

2. How many staff are currently employed in the development management/planning applications team? Please specify full-time or part-time where possible.
