Please provide me with the following information

1. The number of householder applications where the "Vertical Sky Component" (VSC) measurement has been referenced in the planning decision notice. This should include all notices issued since 1st January 2021 and the relevant application number should also be provided for all examples.

2. The number of householder applications since 1st January 2021 where "pre-application advice" has been provided the council. Of these the number (including application numbers) where the council has provided guidance that the proposal is likely to comply with the relevant planning policies but the application was ultimately rejected in the planning decision notice.
A list of reference numbers and addresses for pre-application planning advice for house extensions is attached. Planning applications are available on the web site and so you can check whether planning applications were subsequently submitted for these addresses and the outcomes.
