Under the Freedom of Information Act, I would like to request the following data for the last calendar year for Wokingham Council.

1. The number of planning applications for existing residential properties (alterations / extensions etc) in the last calendar year (1 January 2021 - 31 December 2021).
All planning applications are available on the Council’s web site and it is possible to search for a specified time period.

2. The average length of time between submission and acceptance of planning applications for existing residential properties in the last calendar year.
The length of time it takes to validate an application and the time to determine an application can be found on the Council’s web site. If required information is still outstanding on invalid applications after 28 days then our practice is to close the application.
