With regards to my previous request (reference WBCIR:13144) please can you update me on some matters.

1. What is the status of the negotiations on the third party land please?
Now complete, the Council have been working with Taylor Wimpey and third parties including the Parish Council. This included re-orientating an existing access and garage on the junction to accommodate the works which was approved under planning reference 211173.

2. Whose land is the junction works reliant upon? Or what land is it (if you are unable to share the name of the landowner)?
Public Highway and land owned by the Parish Council.
