1. In relation to the above planning application, we seek disclosure of all comments, representations or otherwise made by the WBC Planning Trees and Landscapes department.

2. In addition we also seek disclosure of all comments, representations or otherwise made by the WBC Highways department, any other WBC departments and/or any other external consultee in relation to the access provisions proposed within the above planning application (including, but not limited to, compliance of the proposed access with: WBC and National policies, WBC and National highways and other relevant engineering standards, WBC & National safety policies and provisions).
