Re: Planning Application 251421 (Land at Old Forest Road)

1. In relation to the above application, we seek disclosure of all details of all communication (including and any relevant discussions and/or written communications as part of the pre-application consultation process or otherwise) which took place between Dec 2024 and May 2025 (and before where relevant) between WBC (including all relevant departments - e.g. planning and highways) and the applicant, concerning the access provisions to the site, and in particular any discussions which related to the applicants decision to identify access to the proposed development site from Old Forest Road rather than Toutley Road (the North Wokingham Distributor Road).
