1. I would like to request the estimated cost (to nearest £1,000 if easier to collate) of Wokingham Borough Council in representing itself on planning application number 223455 (land to the north of A4 New Bath Road RG10 9RY) against David Wilson homes, including the cost of the LAUK planning report dated October 2024.
We estimate the costs associated with the appeal against the refusal of planning permission for application number 223455 (land to the north of A4 New Bath Road RG10 9RY) against David Wilson homes to be as follows:

The costs associated with LAUK support are exempt from disclosure under Section 43(2) of the Freedom of Information Act as, on balance, the commercial interests of a third party are adversely affected by providing the information. In balancing the public interest to disclose the data against the potential detriment to LAUK’s commercial interests we find the potential detriment outweighs disclosure. LAUK Planning operates in a competitive market and it would be prejudicial to their commercial interests within that market potentially distorting competition, which would not be in the public interest.
