I formally request the following documentation be supplied to us pursuant to the FOI 2000:

1. Copies of any and all documentation and information relating to WBC’s consideration and subsequent rejection of the application including, but not limited to, all internal and external correspondence/documents including emails, letters, memoranda, minutes, instant messages on all applications, records of conversations/meetings and handwritten/typed notes; and

2. Copies of any and all documentation and information relating to WBC’s application for the grant of planning permission in relation to the land known as Toutley East, land adjacent to Toutley Depot, West of Twyford Road, Wokingham, RG41 1XA (planning application reference number 211777) including, but not limited to, all internal and external correspondence/documents including emails, letters, memoranda, minutes, instant messages on all applications, records of conversations/meetings and handwritten/typed notes.

This request has been refused under section 12 of the Freedom of Information Act as this will take more than 18 hours to complete. There are in excess of 800 emails which would require to be manually reviewed to extract any relevant information. At 2 minutes per email this would take over 26 hours, but it is more realistic that it would be 5 minutes per email.
