Licensing: Classroom and on demand.

Planning: Council Planning Officers.
Licensing: Council officers from Legal and Licensing, sometimes external providers from law firms.

Planning: £0, other than officer time and some refreshments for members.
Licensing: External training delivered through PPP (not exclusively Wokingham Members). We do not serve refreshments and the only cost would be officer time.
