Please provide any plans, meeting minutes, revisions and discussions between officers and developers that were made and recorded during the planning and development of this estate.

Our Development Management team have looked into this and advised that the information held in relation to the planning application for construction of the house is 40 years old. The records are on microfiche and the application was for thousands of houses. Planning documents are publicly access and the Shute End offices are open to the public following Covid restrictions in the past year, so individuals are able to make contact with development.control@wokingham.gov.uk to arrange a time to come in and browse through the microfiche records. Therefore we are applying Section 21: Publicly accessible by other means to this request.
