I write to you under the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 to request information held by the Council in relation to planning applications submitted within your administrative area.
I would be grateful if you could provide a report or dataset (in Excel or CSV format if available) identifying planning applications received by the Council during the period from 1 January 2024 to the present date, limited specifically to the details of the appointed planning agent in each case. I understand that most modern planning management systems are capable of generating standard reports extracting agent information with relative ease, and I therefore hope the requested information can be retrieved without undue burden.
For each relevant application, I request the following information insofar as it is held and can be disclosed:
1. Planning agent email address (where recorded)
