We are asking local authority public health teams - who are responsible for the commissioning of substance misuse services including NSP - to provide information on NSP participating pharmacies. As such, I am requesting the following information:

1. A named list (with each individual site address) of the pharmacies commissioned to provide needle and syringe programmes in your local authority.

2. We would also like to be able to share the findings of our work with relevant colleagues, so we would be grateful if you could provide an email contact for the office responsible for commissioning NSP.
