1. How many penalty charge notices have been issued in your region for breaches of parking rules -for example, overstaying - in 2022, 2023, 2024 & 2025?

3. How many appeals have been lodged against the penalty charge notices in 2022, 2023, 2024 & 2025?
The number of PCNs issued to drivers specifically from fines related to parking that were contested by informal representation, representation or appealed in 2022, 2023,2024 and up to 28 April 2025 for each year separately.

4. How many appeals saw a successful outcome for the claimant in 2022, 2023, 2024 & 2025?
The number of PCNs related specifically to parking that were successful in their appeal resulting in cancellation of the PCN in 2022, 2023,2024 and up to 28 April 2025 for each year separately.

5. Please can you share what the money from penalty charge notices was used for in 2022, 2023, 2024 & 2025?
All revenue from paid PCN’s is used to support the cost of operating the service.

6. Do you use a private parking company to issue penalty charge notices, if yes which company do you use?
Yes, we use a private contractor to issue Penalty Charge Notices provided by Marston Holdings (NSL).
