I am making this freedom of information request to ask about fee rates which are being paid to external providers of Homecare and Supported Living within the local authority.

1. What hourly rate (£ per hour) does your council currently (financial year 2020/2021) pay to external providers of:
a) Homecare Services
£18.80

b) Supported Living Services
We do not have a set hourly rate; however, the majority of our supported living is paid at £16.40 per hour. We have a very limited number of providers below this rate. Some providers are paid at higher rates, up to a maximum of approx £20 per hour for the most complex work.
