1. Please report on the number of PCNs (Parking tickets) awarded to customers as a result of them displaying "This is not a parking ticket' from 2020 and up to 2025 instead of a normal 'checkedin' ticket'.
We do not hold this information; there is no requirement to display a ticket in the vehicle, if a valid vehicle session is registered it will appear on the Officers handheld device. There is no record kept of any tickets printed as "Not a valid ticket", nor when a PCN has/hasn't been issued for displaying a printout with this information.
