1. I am conducting some market research and would like to request the following information.

a) Total number of car parks: We have a total of 27 Off Street car parks comprising of 3 Park & Ride sites, 2 Country parks, 8 car parks free of charges. 14 where charges apply.
b) No. of off-street car parks (not spaces): As above.
c) No. of on-street car parks (not spaces): No on street charging currently in place.
d) No. of Multi Storey car parks: 1 Multi Storey car park.
e) No. parking machines: We have 76 machines covering the above car parks.
f) Type of machines: Pay & Display – Pay on Exit – Pay on Foot – Barrier etc.: All car parks are Pay & Display machines.
g) Age of machines: The current machines were installed 2019.
h) Current parking machine supplier: Our current supplier is Flowbird.
i) Payment capabilities–Coin –Card –Google/Apple–Pay by Phone–App: All machines offer coin, card, Check in check out and Apple / Google payment options. We also have the RingGo app available at all car parks.
j) Date replacement would be reviewed: We anticipate our ticket machines will be serviceable until at least 2034 with the options for upgrades to current models available.
