I am writing to request information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 regarding international air travel undertaken by council staff and elected members.

1. Please provide firstly the date that your council declared a climate emergency and then a list of all international flights taken by your Council’s staff and elected members following this time to the present date. Please include the following for each flight:
The Date(s) of travel.
The Destination (destination city and country).
The Number of Individuals who traveled on each flight.
The Class of Travel (e.g., Economy, Premium Economy, Business, First Class).
The Total Cost of the airfares (including any booking fees, taxes, or baggage costs paid by the council).
The Purpose of the travel/trip.
