Outfield Crescent, Wellington Road housing development

1. I'd like to know how many one and two bed units are included in the outfield crescent development on the site of the former cricket pitch Wellington Road, Wokingham.
This information would be included in the planning application(s) that are available on the Councils website under the planning pages. This was approved after appeal.

2. How many resident parking spaces form part of the development.
This information should be included in the planning application(s) that are available on the Councils website under the planning pages.

3. How many complaints Wokingham borough council have received from residents regarding parking and access/egress to properties since the site was built.
We do not record this information. The Council does not deal with or monitor complaints relating to parking on private roads. This road has not been adopted so it is still private and not highway. Enforcement would not be with the Council or the police - it is the residents responsibility to deal/get an enforcement company, however, if they can't leave from the development (i.e. blocked in) that would be the police.
