1. How many 'other local authority children' are living in your area?

2. How many different local authorities have placed children in your area?

3. Who are the top 10 placing authorities 1- 10 with 1 being the largest number of children placed?
We have been advised by our Childrens Services that we would be unable to answer this within the 18hour time limit (section 12). The request would exceed 18 hours as there are 201 care records that need to be manually reviewed. This would take 15 mins per record on average to read/action and therefore 50 hours to complete the request.
