WBC utilises a system procured and maintained by our MCC Contractor. The system provided is from WDM. All costs/management/contract arrangements, etc., relating to the system are with our contractor not the Council. Provision of this system is as part of the HIGHWAYS & TRANSPORT MAINTENANCE & CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT.
