With regards to the oak tree to the front of 13 Arbor Lane, Winnersh RG41 5HY:

1. Evidence of the tree being a Council asset prior to the 16th May 2024. In particular a screenshot of the tree on the Council's asset management software, plotted on the map, with its recorded survey data (dimensions, condition etc.) and the date of when it was first added to that software or inventory.
Asset management system was implemented in 2023 and records of Council owned trees have been captured on the system as and when new inspections have been required. Therefore, prior to the work being carried out to the tree outside 13 Arbor Lane, a record on the asset management system was not recorded however previous inspection and work records demonstrate that the Council has been inspecting the tree as a Council asset since 1998.

2. A record of any inspections on the tree, as one of their assets, going back the last 12 years.

4. A record of any correspondence between the Council and the residents of either 13 or 15 Arbor Lane regarding the tree going back 12 years.
