1. Please could you share the number of safeguarding notifications/referrals made to your organisation involving the activities/after-school club providers for the last six years broken down:
a) Yearly and by age of the child involved (so 0-5, 5-8, 8-15 and 15+)
b) Yearly and nature of safeguarding concern, i.e. the reason for referral
c) And finally a total for the last six years, broken down by age of children and nature of safeguarding concern (for example, total number of notifications of incidents involving physical abuse within the 5-8 age group).
In terms of time frames- could we have the figures starting from 2019-20 or the 2019 calendar year and then every year since for which the data is available. It would be preferred if this data could be made available in the form of a spreadsheet.
