The requirement for a Northern Neighbourhood Centre in Arborfield Green was included in outline planning consent O/2014/2280 and the detailed plans were approved in 2019 as part of reserved matters application 190737. Although the building designated for the Northern Neighbourhood Centre is nearing completion, no further information appears to have been published about its intended use.

1. I would be grateful for information on any dialogue on the Neighbourhood Centre that might have taken place since the reserve matters application was approved two years ago and on any changes in the intention for the Centre compared with the outline planning consent.

We do not hold this information. We have searched through correspondence and can find nothing apart from the planning application itself which is available online to the public already. This permission secure commercial units. The units would be located adjacent to the Primary School and would consists of two small commercial units (Unit 1 - 132sqm and Unit 2 - 65sqm (total 197sqm).
