On 29/9/21 I asked Highways a question. I received the following automatic response which says that Highways aim to carry out non-urgent repairs within 28 days. That time has elapsed, nothing has been done, and the website says “This report is currently under investigation. We aim to complete any work required within 28 days.”.

1. I wish to know when the pavement and verge will be reinstated to their original safe condition.
We do not hold this information. This question does not fit the purpose of the Freedom of Information Act. This question should be directed to the Highways service who will deal with as a normal service request.
