1. Do you expect any 3 bedroom houses from new developments to be handed over to yourselfs within the next 3 months? And if so how many?
We are not expecting any 3 bed properties from new developments/ Housing Associations within the next 3 months at this moment in time; however, we do not know what will be available to nominate till until we receive a request for nomination so this may change.
