1. Does the council still own the Microsoft Perpetual Software Licences that were being used prior to the migration to O365.
Yes, Wokingham Borough Council would still "own" perpetual software licences purchased prior to the migration to O365.

2. if yes what versions and quantities of these perpetual software licences do you still own.
1500 Office Professional Plus All Languages Licence & Software Assurance - Licence
1500 Windows 7 Professional Upgrade with Software Assurance Only Enterprise Subscription - Volume Licence
1500 Core Client Access Licence Licence with Software Assurance - Device CAL - Volume Licence
1 Exchange Server Enterprise Subscription Licence with Software Assurance - Licence
1 Exchange Server Licence with Software Assurance All Languages - Licence

3. If you still do own these redundant assets what is the name and contact number of the person that I could reach out to with the intention of procuring these redundant assets?
We do not believe that we have the option to sell on, as Microsoft have advised that customers relinquish certain perpetual rights when they move to O365.

4. If you no longer own the licences any more what has happened to them.
