Just to clarify - this is not the equipment mounted on the traffic light pole, but the equipment on a pole on which the pedestrian push button panel is located, adjacent to the pavement.
The equipment which we believe you are referring to, is a Siemens Sapphire JTM unit, used for Journey Time monitoring.
