1. Around June of 2020, you approved a licensing application for what is known as the Lockdown Lodge, a pop up bar and restaurant on the banks of the River Thames adjacent to Hambleden Lock near Henley. In respect of the application, can you please provide all documentation relating to this application and in particular the following;
a) Minutes of all meetings where this was discussed and approved.
b) Copies of all risk assessments carried out when deciding this application given the location and eminent dangers of mixing alcohol and the river, particularly the location so close to the Lock and Weir.
c) Copies of all emails and correspondence where this matter has been discussed, particularly from Councillors.
Please find attached the TEN applications which have been redacted under Section 40 of the FOI Act: Personal Details. There were no objections from the Police or EQ who are the only people entitled to do so and no meetings were held (i.e. SAG) for the event.
