1. Digital Communication Portals - The number of digital communication portals currently operated by the authority.
Digital communication portal refers to a online portal that citizens can access to view or respond to letters, such as council tax letters, housing appointments, benefits information etc. Additionally this could also relate to any communication (such as email or SMS) that is used to notify citizens for any reminders (billing, appointments). This would be for all/any departments.
