I would like to request the following:

1. Please include each Local Enhanced Service (LES) available in the local authority area in the 2024/25 financial year for GP practices.
NHS Healthchecks - £15,000 (paid by activity)
LARC - £50,000 (paid by activity)

2. Specify the allocated budgets for the 2025/26 financial year for each service, including any new ones for this financial year.
NHS Healthchecks - £15,000 (paid by activity)
LARC - £50,000 (paid by activity)

3. An estimate of how many patients in the area are eligible for each service.
NHS Health Checks: we can’t provide this at the moment due to a system error which we do not have a timescale for resolution
LARC: all women aged 16-54 – 46,088
EHC: Any woman aged 13 to 24 years – 12,025

4. Confirmation of whether each enhanced service is also available to other primary care providers and details of which (i.e. pharmacies, PCNs, etc.)
LARC – Mid Hampshire Healthcare - £100,000

5. Please add any enhanced services for any services that are available for pharmacies, PCNs or other providers and are not currently listed.
Emergency Hormonal Contraception - £1,000
