I refer to the local Community Safety Partnership for which Wokingham, as the local authority, is the lead organisation.

1. I request information confirming
a) the full membership of the Community Safety Partnership from 2022 to present i.e. the key members and whether there are other members, regardless of whether those are public, private or third sector organisations.

Apart from organisation name changes it has remained the same since 2022.

b) the policy and operational practice for data sharing amongst members of the Community Safety Partnership in circumstances where a community safety related concern is raised by a member of the partnership.
There are protocols which govern information sharing but the process would be to raise any concerns with the Community Safety Manager who would forward to the relevant agency or decide if it should be discussed at a multi-agency meeting. It will depend on the situation and information.
