I am writing to request information held by your local authority on local authority-maintained schools with suspended budgets or notices of financial concern. Specifically, I would like to be sent:

1. A year-by-year breakdown of the number of local authority-maintained schools with suspended budgets between 2020 and the most recently recorded date
2. A year-by-year breakdown of the number of local authority-maintained schools with notices of financial concern between 2020 and the most recently recorded date
3. For the most recently recorded year, the names and URNs of the schools with suspended budgets and the reason why their budget was suspended
4. For the most recently recorded year, the names and URNs of the schools with notices of financial concern and the reason why they were issued with the notice

We have had no local authority-maintained schools with either a suspended budget, or where a notice of financial concern has been issued between 2020 and the end of the 2024-25 financial year.
