1. Graffiti incidents
The number of graffiti reports received by the council from members of the public or council staff, regardless of whether they were resolved or actioned.

2022/23: 38
2023/24: 20
2024/25: 11

2. Damp and mould complaints
The number of complaints received by the council relating to damp and/or mould in residential properties within your area, including those passed to housing associations or ALMOs for resolution.
2022: we have limited data available to us from this year as the original database is no longer in use. We have data from December 2022 which shows 4 cases of damp and mould complaints logged.
2023: 16 complaints were logged – specifically mentioning damp and mould
2024: 33 complaints logged – specifically mentioning damp and mould
We do not have data from ALMOs or HA’s – this data is from the WBC Owned Social Housing only.

3. Littering enforcement
The number of Fixed Penalty Notices (FPNs) issued for littering offences.
2022: 6
2023: 14
2024: 42

4. Missed bin collections
The number of household missed bin collections reported, including general waste, recycling, or food waste incidents. Please include reports made by residents and/or logged by contractors.
Missed bin reports are recorded as waste containers that have been genuinely missed by waste collectors, not where residents have not presented, contaminated or overfilled bins. We received the following genuinely missed bin reports in the following years:

2023: 2,762
2024: 4,201 (change of collection day and implementation of fortnightly collections was in August on 2024)

5. Community Protection Notices (CPNs)
The total number of CPNs issued by the council.
If available, please provide a breakdown by the type of behaviour or issue the notice was related to (e.g., noise, graffiti, fly tipping, waste, nuisance).
