This is a request for information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

1. I would like to know how much money the council allocates to LGBTQ+ people every year and on what projects or resources the money is spent on. I would like to know about the last three years. I would like to know if the council has spent any money on services which could be, but not limited to, mental health support for LGBTQ+ people, charities concerned with LGBTQ+ people, youth centres concerned with LGBTQ+ issues, LGBTQ+ toolkits for schools, events etc. I am not interested in benefits for individuals.

For each project or resource, I would like a brief description to understand what they are. If the project or resource is targeting a specific LGBTQ+ group (transgender people, queer people of colour etc.), I would like to know.
None, we do not specifically target funding in this way. We allocate funding across prevention, voluntary sector and community services with the requirement that they reach all segments of society.
