No, we are not on any framework agreements as we are not a supplier.

2. If you are not on any of the above frameworks please confirm how you are accessing services.
a) What is the expiry date/s of your current language services contracts including telephone interpreting, face to face interpreting spoken and non-spoken and translation?
b) Who is your current provider for each of these services?

Normally staff who are fluent in a second language are used where appropriate, and there aren't many instances where a translation or interpreting service are required.

• Translation
