1. Please provide a copy of all the “Letter before action” issued to date
Under section 30 of the FOI Act 2000, information is exempt if it has at any time been held by the authority for the purposes of any investigation which the public authority has a duty to conduct with a view to it being ascertained whether a person should be charged with an offence, or whether a person charged with an offence is guilty of it, any investigation which is conducted by the authority and in the circumstances may lead to a decision by the authority to institute criminal proceedings which the authority has power to conduct, or any criminal proceedings which the authority has power to conduct. Accordingly, the letter before action is not disclosable. It is private and confidential and the Council will not be providing a copy.

2. Please provide a copy of all notices that have been issued to the landowner and businesses to date
Enforcement notices are available on the public registers and therefore publicly accessible by other means.
