Please can you provide copies of any Pre Planning Applications advice request & Wokingham Borough Council Responses for the Land Rear Of 82 Reading Road, Finchampstead, Wokingham from the period of 2016 to 2018. (It's understood the owner during the period 2017 submitted pre-application advice hence this request).
The Planning Team have searched the records held and have no record of a request for pre-app advice on land to the rear of 82 Reading Road, Finchampstead.

2. Has the owner submitted any further pre-application advice requests since these dates? If so please can you also provide copies along with Wokingham Borough Council responses.

A review for requested for the following reason:

"Thank you for your reply, please can you double check for pre-application advice as unfortunately your statement that it "does not exist" is in direct contradiction to a statement from Mark O'Leary (Planning Enforcement Specialist) Quote "Also, images taken in 2017 when the owner submitted pre-application advice" dated 28th July 2021."

The Planning case enforcement officer has said that he carried out an investigation on land directly behind 82 Reading road, but confirms that although photos were taken as evidence, he gave no pre-application advice directly related to this land. The pre-application advice that was referred to related to no. 172483, land to the rear of 76 and 78 Reading Road. To be clear, this did not relate to land behind 82 Reading Road.
