1. We request the following documents:
All correspondence (including without limitation reports, letters, website submissions and emails, internal and external), diary entries and meeting notes the Council holds (officers and members) in connection with potential development and/or proposed allocation or omission from allocation, for development, or allocation for non-development use, in the Wokingham Borough Council Local Plan.

In particular (but not limited to) all correspondence with any member of the St Nicholas Hurst Parish Council Neighbourhood Plan Group relating to that site.
