St Pauls School in Wokingham procures, under contract, services from the 3rd party provider 'just play sports (Berkshire)'.

My FOI request relates to this contract. I would like to request the following:

1. The original specification and commissioning and procurement process and documentation to identify this provider.
2. The names of other providers that bid for this contract.
3. The date the contract was executed and when the current contract ends
4. The grant / contract terms and conditions. I do not request anything commercially sensitive, ie, value of the contract, merely the grant terms and conditions covering the arrangement.
We do not hold this information, this would be held by the school.
