See attached file. It has not been possible to report by calendar year – the amounts are totals of invoices within financial years. It has only been possible to report for the 2020/21 and 2021/22 financial years. School postcodes are not held in the I.T. system so are unknown

5. Did the LA passport the SSG funds to special schools as well as mainstream schools?
The SSG Wokingham received for the High Needs Block was factored into overall financial planning aligned to the Wokingham SEND Strategy, and factored into arrangements for uplifts to top-up rates etc for the 2022/23 financial year; the budget plan being supported by Schools Forum. No direct grant passport was made to our two special schools, however funding was fully utilised in meeting the costs of EHCPs for our vulnerable pupils.
